The London Eye
Built as part of the year 2000 millennium celebrations, the London Eye seems to have captured the imagination of visitors to London. It is now one the most popular attractions of all.
The London Eye is situated right at the tourist heart of London, (opposite Big Ben by the River Thames) with commanding views.

The Royal Exchange is a luxury destination in the heart of the City, offering an unrivalled collection of boutique shopping and dining within one of London’s most iconic and historic buildings.
Tower Bridge, one of the London’s most famous landmarks, is a bascule and suspension bridge on River Thames.
It has two towers, in Victorian Gothic style, that are connected with two walkways that are constructed so they can resist horizontal forces from suspended parts of the bridge. Base of each tower holds machines that lift two parts of the bridge so bridge can allow passing of river traffic beneath it. Tower Bridge is located close to the Tower of London from which it got its name.

London’s Sky Garden
The Sky Garden is a multi-level garden located at 20 Fenchurch Street and is London’s highest public garden.
London is the capital and largest city in England in terms of land and population. It was initially founded by the Romans who named it Londinium.
Since the 19th century, “London” has also referred to the sprawling metropolis surrounding the old city Londinium. London has been a major settlement for over two millennia.
Artist / George Hyde Pownall
George Hyde Pownall was a painter of evocative London Street scenes, often at night. Like many artists of the period very little is known of his career, although he is known to have painted very attractive, usually small pictures of London.
Hyde Pownall painted many of the high spots of London such as the Law Courts in Chancery Lane, along the Thames, St Paul’s and the Café Royal in Regents Street, often frequented by the likes of Oscar Wilde and other literary dandies of the fashionable set.
Hyde Pownall had the great gift of painting atmospheric views at a time when both the horse and motorcar were commonplace and the streets of London were lit by gaslight.
